Issued 1902. Pre-printed 10 Pf carmine Germania stamp inscribed "DEUTSCHES REICH". Inscription to the left reads: "Postkarte | Weltpostverein | Carte Postale | Union Postale universelle". Below this inscription and running vertical is the text "nur für die Adresse". Similar to P62 but with "Postkarte" instead of "Postkarte mit Antworte".
