3 Pf + 2 Pf DEUTSCHES REICH

Issued 1908 due to the elimination of the reduced local postage for wurttemberg. The same as DRP1 but now with added 3 Pf value stamp, the old 2 Pf value stamp cancelled with horizontal bars. DRP1 with the imprint "Postcard" above the word "Drucksache" (formerly P88) is not an official issue.
