CITIES 'V'
Francotype 'C' versions are similar to Type 'A' in that they do not have dots or periods between the day, month and year values, but they differ from the 'A' type in that there is no asterix or '*' preceeding the stamp value. The 'C' version measures 77 to 79 mm from the centre of the CDS to the centre of the value stamp frame.
The Francotype 'C' meter stamps occur both with and without a 4 digit counter number. This number when present is either at the top or in the centre between the CDS and the value stamp frame and typically measures 5½ or 6mm high.
